Light - Grow light for plant

Honestly, there is sufficient article about grow light and I am probably a noob on this arena.

This is going to be a summary for my own pursuance.

Taken from Gardening Know How

The effect of blue light on plants is directly related to chlorophyll production. Plants that receive plenty of blue light will have strong, healthy stems and leaves. Red light is responsible for making plants flower and produce fruit. It’s also essential to a plant’s early life for seed germination, root growth, and bulb development.

Below is a chart which is obtains from Amazon.

Well, enough of theory, let's see how I use my grow light.

Most of my plants are edibles, so, I honestly prefers mix light as follows

However, mix light means turning on all LEDs, which translate to electrical consumption. My typical 10000 mAh power bank will be drained within 2 hours. That is bad unless I have unlimited supply of power bank.

With this limitation, it will be better off for me to use either red or blue light

At least for now, my preference is blue light which my 10000mAh power bank could last for 5-6 hours and blue light helps my plant to grows.

Now, the question is when to use grow light. My personal preference is sunlight to be honest. But given limited exposure to sunlight, I will turn on my grow light during cloudy and rainy days for at least 5 hours.

Below are some of my photo of using blue grow light during the day.
